Woodson Warehouse Conversion

The refurbishment of an existing warehouse in the heart of historic Fremantle. The project included office/retail shops and arcade on the ground level, a carpark between the existing ground level and first floor and the creation of 36 luxury apartments between the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd floors providing unlimited views of Fremantle and the Fremantle Harbour. The project was completed in June 1997.
