Project Description
Warnbro Fair is a 11,000m2 convenience based sub- regional shopping centre located within the suburb of Warnbro approximately 50km south of Perth.
The Centre anchor tenants are Woolworths and Coles supermarkets with 3,500m2 of speciality retail stores.
Stage 1 project value of $25 million completed on schedule in March 1998. Stage 2 of the development commenced in 2005 with a value of $50 million.
Stage 2 included a discount department store and speciality retail shops.
