Seacrest Retirement Village involved design and construction of 110 residential retirement units, 59 strata titled serviced apartments and 9 Strata titled retail shops. The recreational lifestyle facilities catered to the residential population and focused on providing a place for activity and to give a sense of community amongst residents.
