Project Description
Portico, Scots Church involved redevelopment of a disused, heritage listed church in Sydney’s CBD. The project involved high value residential apartments and commercial space added to the original church structure.

The design used a system of two-level units to achieve the greatest number of apartments. The corridors and lift access are at every second level.
The City of Sydney’s recession plan influenced the building heights. The design ensured sunlight to Wynyard Park.
