Project Description
The development site of Paragon CBD Apartments, Retail Arcade and Office Tower benefited from two prime street front addresses. The apartments are located on Hay Street, Perth with the retail arcade running between Hay Street and St Georges Terrace. The office tower is located on St Georges Terrace. The $34 million refurbishment of the Paragon CBD Retail Arcade and Office Tower completed in early 2000.
Paragon CBD Apartments involved the construction of 153 apartments with a project value of $46 million.
