Project Description
The project involved redevelopment of a 22-level office tower located in Melbourne’s corporate and financial precinct. A prime location with two street frontages from Market Street and Flinders Lane. The disused office tower conversion involved building a hotel and apartments. The original building converted into an apartment hotel with 280 rooms operated by Pacific International Group. At the upper levels of the building are 37 luxury residential apartments.
The hotel and apartments enjoy vistas of Southbank, Docklands and the northern city skyline.
