333 Ann Street development involved building a modern hotel residential tower over 41 levels and 6 levels of parking. The hotel accommodation occupies 14 levels including 4 retail tenancies and 21 levels of residential apartments.
The 14 levels of hotel accommodation comprise 190 hotel apartments operated by Pacific International Hotel Group. The development includes 158 residential apartments marketed as Panorama Sky Apartments.
The buildings heritage listing protects the existing façade that denotes the previous occupants R.S. Exton. The restoration of the façade sympathetically incorporated into the new modern design.
The project is in the heart of Brisbane, near the river, business district and Fortitude Valley.
