The design of a hotel/apartment building located at the historic telephone exchange building in the heart of North Sydney. The project provides sweeping views of the Sydney harbour and city. The development scheme involved construction of 520 rooms/suites over 26,000 sqm. The serviced apartments built over 16,000 sqm and boutique serviced apartments built over 10,000 sqm.
