Project Description
The comprehensive redevelopment and subdivision of an approximately 8,000m2 site located between Mirrabooka Avenue and Chesterfield Road within the Mirrabooka Regional Centre. This project included a 3,500m2 World 4 Kids store, which was presold to investors. Construction commenced in September 1993 and was completed in February 1994.
