Project Description
The project involved acquisition of an apartment block located 5 kilometres from Perth CBD. The building underwent a complete transformation with extensive refurbishment of the building and surrounding gardens. The works included rejuvenation of the building exterior, landscaped gardens and undercover parking bays with storage unit. The interiors were fitted with new kitchens, bathrooms, floor coverings, light fittings and window treatments.
