Project Description
A 51 cluster home development located in the northern suburb of Innaloo. The original site was a swamp land which underwent a comprehensive reclamation process to make the land suitable for construction. The construction of 51 cluster homes consisted of a mix of 3×1, 3×2 and 4×2 house configurations.
