Project Description
Located at 91 Dow Street, Heritage Apartments forms part of the Bayview Development. The restoration of an 1864 heritage blue-stone warehouse in Dow Street sees the return of the buildings historic charm and character. The unique development combines heritage with contemporary design.
The project comprised of 26 apartments over 2 levels. The apartments range in size from 50m2 to 94m2. The project included a revolutionary open-air roof design incorporating the heritage-listed trusses with timber, corrugated iron and Perspex, visible from the internal atrium.
