Project Description
Four separate projects as part of an integrated commercial development comprising CarLovers Carwash with four bays and a Laserwash, Lone Star Steakhouse and Saloon, a national video chain and fast food outlets. The CarLovers Carwash, and Lone Star Steakhouse and Saloon modules were completed in May 1996. The video outlet and take-away food shops were completed in December 1997.
