Project Description
Following completion of the redevelopment in 1997, the net lettable area of the centre now totals 13,617m2. The new centre includes Coles 3,191m2, Woolworths 3,500m2, the offices of State Government, Chicken Treat and other specialty shops over an area of approx. 6,926m2.
In addition, the redevelopment Includes a discount department store and specialty retail shops in approx. 6,000m2. The design inspired by the successful Woolworths Marketplace concept.
