Project Description
ParkWest involved the design of a residential development situated between the banks of the Swan River, the Perth CBD and King’s Park.
Renowned architect Harry Seidler designed the building to take full advantage of this location – all apartments designed to capture Swan River views. Harry was a Sydney based architect who is considered one of the wold’s best, his only Perth based work is the QV1 building.
The development consists of two towers with a total of 1023 residential apartments, commercial and retail at ground level.
