Project Description
The Cinema City arcade and cinema complex located on the corner of Barrack Street and Hay Street Perth adjacent to Perth CBD premium retail precinct. The project included the refurbishment of the existing arcade and a reconfiguration of the cinema complex from four screens to eight screens. Planning approval was received to construct two apartment towers comprising of 260 apartments, a gymnasium and swimming pool with public access to restaurants.
