The former Dollarsweets Chocolate Factory located at 8 Bridge Road, Stanmore, Sydney developed into 87 Warehouse residential apartments. The site comprised of a large 5 storey warehouse building on land of approx. 2,664m2. The redevelopment converted the large warehouse into attractive airy apartments, 3.5 kilometres west of Sydney CBD, Sydney Harbour and lifestyle attractions of Sydney’s inner western Suburbs.
