Project Description
The Booragoon Commercial Centre development involved construction of a double storey commercial strata titled building with a floor area of approximately 2,538m2. The location of the commercial centre provided vistas over a nearby lake. In a prime location adjacent to Garden City Shopping Centre the development attracted strong rental demand. The ground floor pre-leased to a large medical group.
