Design and construct residential apartments and retail

The Bayview development comprises of 271 residential apartments built over 7 individual buildings, which share an internal 3 level car park, health complex and a central recreational garden area known as the Podium.  At Bay Street and Rouse Street are 19 commercial tenancies providing a retail strip with retail shops, cafes and restaurants.

The development involved the restoration of two heritage buildings that include an 1874 heritage bank building located in Bay Street and an 1894 heritage blue-stone warehouse in Dow Street.
